Excel help with arrays

Bogleheads • View forum - Personal Consumer Issues - www.bogleheads.org
I'm trying to automate importing and graphing my Quicken data into Excel. I'm trying to create and copy a "self-expanding" array from the data, but am having trouble doing it in excel. I found this using Google Sheets, and it is EXACTLY what I want to do, but I think in Excel, the arrays have to be pre-defined in size before I enter the formula. Anyone here know how I could accomplish this in Excel? I'd rather NOT do it in google sheets.

Thanks!
